Trinity's Farmer's Markets are re-opening on May 23rd.  Locations and times are listed below.  Now's the time to buy plant starts and spring vegetables.

We'll also be adding local producers, selling fruit, flowers, herbs, and vegetables direct from the farm.  Check back periodically for updates.
Weaverville Farmer's Market
     Wednesdays from 4:00 - 7:00 pm
     at the meadow next to the Highland Art Center
 
Hayfork Farmer's Market
     Fridays from 4:00 - 7:00 pm
     on Hwy 3 across from the Post Office

Fresh fruit and vegetables

Buy fresh tomatoes!  Wide variety from cherries to beefsteaks, slicers to paste tomatoes, heirlooms and hybrids.  Available from mid-July to mid-October.  Purchase at Weaverville Farmer's Market or:

The Cordtz Family Farm sells a wide variety of vegetables and fruit. 
 
Check out their delicious raspberries (red & amber), loganberries, strawberries, nectarberries, and blueberries.  They have fresh lettuce (several varieties), chard, kale, beets, snap peas, summer squash, cucumbers, onions, broccoli, cabbage, tomatoes (including heirlooms), corn, peppers, melons, green beans, and eggplant, in season.  Fall treats include apples, pears, pumpkins and winter squash. 
 
Purchase their fresh-picked produce at two Farmer's Markets in Hayfork: on Tuesdays from 10:00 am til noon and Fridays from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, both located on Hwy 3 across from the Post Office.

The Mountain Mystery Garden offers fruits, vegetables, herbs and nursery plants.  Check out their offerings at the Weaverville Farmer's Market or call Robin Krumbholz at (530) 623-4246, fshrmn86@snowcrest.net for more information on what's available. 

Sun Mountain Natural Products offers herbal soap, eggs, plants, seeds and custom wood products.  They have veggie starts in late spring, and perennial or herb starts year round.  Try their herbal soaps, made with locally grown herbs and organic oils. Custom orders are available.

Try Trinity Alps Honey, courtesy of hard-working local bees.  Their wonderful varieties, including Mountain Blackberry, are available at Tops Superfoods in Weaverville.
