Community Kitchen Brainstorm Meetings!
February10 , 2010
1-3 pm or 6:30-8:30 pm
Young Family Ranch, 260 Oregon St, Weaverville

Thinking about starting a food-related business but stymied because health regulations require a certified kitchen?  Maybe you don’t have the funds to purchase all the kitchen equipment upfront?  Are you are thinking about making and selling a food product like jams, candy, cheese, smoked meats, or baked goods?  The answer might be a "shared-use" community kitchen!

Come tell UC Cooperative Extension know about your business and  what equipment you need, so that they can develop a business plan and apply for grants.
Contact Carol Fall at 623-3746 or cjfall@ucdavis.edu for more information.
